This is a story about a girl named Jessica, or as she was known in her hood, The Little Ratchet Ass Ho Proud.  Jessica was not your average racthet ass ho proud, she could read and knew the difference between hoe and ho. The First Ever Qwikstory

Brian was an intriguing young fellow. He spent his days playing with his thinly grown goatee, wondering what his life would be like if he had taken a different career path. He had always aspired to be a writer, or a politician or a circus clown. Instead, he had foregone these dreams and went to law school. Life as a lawyer was lucrative, but Brian didn't find the field to be overly enjoyable. Little did Brian know, however, that his life would change forever as he drove to work on one rainy Wednesday morning.

Stranded and Hungry

Marry opened his sand-crusted eyes and squinted at the searing sun. "What the fuck happened?" he wondered. The first feeling that registered in his brain was the waves of hunger pangs that dug deep into his stomach. As his eyes began to focus, he realized he had been washed up on a deserted island and screenshots of his boating trip with Mavid flashed in his mind. Marry groaned and thought to himelf, "Food... I need some food." As if by magic, he saw a spread of platters just 1,000 feet away... as if a buffet had been laid out to welcome him. He mustered...

A Day in the Life of Mavid

There are many interesting people that one encounters, but few are as interesting as my friend Mavid. Mavid was a relatively quiet and friendly young fellow, yet it seemed that that hilarity followed him like a shadow. One need look no further than a few years ago. Mavid wasn't the most timely individual and often found himself rushing around trying to meet deadlines. Getting to work on time fell squarely into this category. One morning Mavid was running particularly late. As Mavid hastily dressed for work, he dashed to his dryer to grab a pair of fresh blue jeans. He quickly...

The Red Phantom

Moonlight shown through the windows causing illusions of monsters and ghosts hiding on the walls against still pictures, Yara’s breathing slowed down. She knew it was coming. The wind began to play tunes with the floor boards. It was getting closer, she could feel it. In Yara’s mind, she saw a beast with huge sharp claws. It had a slithering tongue and its snout drooled acid saliva. A creak near the door made Yara’s senses heighten. It was coming she knew it. Her mind saw it crawling its way up to her, smiling it's twisted smile. Yara's mind began to race,...

On Again

Moving to Summer Glen had seemed like such an obvious thing at the time. It was a quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way of the city but not so far as to be inconvenient. Everything was nice--normal--until about a month after Jon moved into his new home. Everyday, he got up in the morning, showered, dressed for work, turned out the lights, and went to his job. Then, he would come home, eat, get caught up with his emails and messages, get ready for bed, and turn out the lights. Then, he would wake up and repeat. The problem was, aside for the first month or so, Jon didn't turn on any of...
